  • Sewers. This proposal was about sewers. Specifically, this proposal was about sewers that overflow. It’s not a pretty subject. In fact, it’s an expensive problem to solve, but the solution can look great on television. The targeted demographic for this campaign was older conservative women…they were big doubters, but if we could turn them into big supporters, we were confident of success. So this spot positioned the proposal as the way to deliver water clean enough for our kids to swim in, while not raising taxes.
